Teamup Calendar problems

Those of you who have tried to add your names to the calendar for the Friday rows may have experienced problems adding your name. It seems that once the “Who” section gets too many names in it, it simply locks up. I don’t know if this problem is peculiar to the iPhone app but I do know that several people have experienced it.

There is a workaround. In the app, tap on your account icon in the top right of the screen and then tap on Dashboard. There you will see a settings icon in the shape of a cog. Tap on that and then Copy Calendar URL. Paste this url into a web browser. From there, find the event you want to add your name to and you should be able to do so.

I’m looking into better ways around this but I hope this works for you in the meantime.

Please remember that the Calendar URL is unique to you so even though you are able to copy and paste it, you must not share it with anyone. Thank you.
